Bangladesh BSKL Textile and Knitting Co., Ltd. was established in February 1997. It was originally affiliated to Liyang Group and was acquired by China Yantai Yaqi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2021.  Since its establishment 26 years ago, the company has focused on sweater weaving, with complete equipment and products sold all over the world. It is a large-scale weaving factory with a professional management system. The registered capital of BSKL is USD 1,384,402. Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with 2,000 employees, and more than 1,000 computerized flat knitting machines, with an annual output value of 6.5 million pieces.
